The Abt delivery team arrived on time, took care to cover their shoes, brought our TV in, took it out the box assembled it quickly and placed it where we wanted it and took the box with them. We will be returning to Abt without any reservations. Thank you all.
My experience with Abt.com purchase during Thanksgiving 2020 has been positive. My item was shipped and delivered as per predicted date. I would definitely come back in future for my other needs.

Absolutely horrible. Bait and switch credit misrepresentation. Was approved for a 4k store card but Abt refused to accept it. Credit hit for nothing. Seeking legal representation for this debacle. Awful. Just awful. Synchrony advised that the female verifications rep that handles these types of calls for Abt should be better trained or let go. I happen to fully agree.
No. I'm not "letting it go" Dan. You specifically continue to lie. I had a full fledged synchrony account. You are an absolute liar that has offered no real apology or recompense. Instead, you continue to push a lie. So I absolutely will continue telling every single person I can. As I said. It's the principal of the matter. You have lied. Fix it. You personally need to take responsibility. Hopefully you aren't the owner. But I sure hope the owners eventually see what you've done.
And to be clear, I've already gotten what I needed elsewhere. This is purely on principal that you should be held accountable.
Fun fact. After abts collosal failure, synchrony was even nice enough to go through the process of REOPENING my account (to give y'all a chance to get your acts together).
Of course y'all bungled that effort as well. Which led to me fully terminating my synchrony. Pretty sure they aren't happy with Abt. Considering I was informed by that particular rep that they've had this issue with Abt before.

Employees like Dan and the lady that kept taking my verification calls are putting your company at a disadvantage. You're losing some sales. You're also stressing your agreements with synchrony.
That could result in what,....1 to.. maybe 5% annual revenue losses.
Seriously Dan. How much is a sincere apology worth to you?

One more more thing.
Absolutely is bait and switch. Just in a less conventional way. See. Even though you do have store card accounts, it appears abts main profit from the agreements with synchrony more relies on gaining credit accounts for synchrony (and not necessarily honoring them) Abt gets a slice, and the credit lines (high interests) can still be used at a few dozen other places (incentive to keep the credit line). It's pretty slick. Genius even. But also terrible. So yes. Bait and switch because the credit accounts are generally gotten with the premise of using them with Abt, only to mostly be pushed elsewhere. It's practically riskless profit for Abt to do this, (or rather, the place you applied for the credit in the first place)
I highly doubt I'll be the last person to call y'all out on this. Just saying.
Delivered earlier than expected. Very convenient! Same day delivery on an item that was out of stock most other places. Great service. Abt will be the first place I look next time.
I have had good experience with ABT but still have to give a low rating because of a purchase. Reason is that we purchased a Samsung Fridge RF263BEAE and apparently they have a water leaking problem which we have dealt with there is even a class action lawsuit out on Samsung on 22 of there models. I guess I don’t understand why ABT would sell their fridges if they have this problem. Also I know 4 people that own fridge and they all have same problem.
Service was very fast. The people and communication was exceptional. Glad I purchased from Abt and will purchase again in the future.
Updated my kitchen and bought all my appliances from ABT - high-end refrigerator, builtin oven stove top, oven range, microwave and dishwasher.
This was a year ago... I had to replace my refrigerator 2x, and now my Thermador oven is faulty (stopped working after I used the self clean option) and someone just came out today to replace the motherboard and left without my oven working so now I have to wait yet again at least a week before someone else can come out - I was told by 2customer service representatives and a technician that I shouldn't use the self-clean mode on the oven "bc this sort of thing happens," so why would a sales rep sell me an oven like that knowing the self-clean mode is faulty? I am not happy about that - I'm very disappointed with ABT. My mother had a similar situation with her washing machine - 3x she had to replace her washer in one month- that's appalling. In the past year I've heard poor feedback but now I've experienced it. I will never buy another item from ABT again.
Delivery on time. Courteous drivers. Very happy. 1st time I've ordered from you. I'm still impressed with the online chat as person was so helpful in answering questions, finding solution and even went the extra step of taking order.
Ordered a new microwave to replace the 5 year old one that crapped out. The door wouldn’t latch, light wouldn’t go on, and it wouldn’t cook. The “new” one ABT shipped had the exact same problems right out of the box. Requested a return, didn’t hear anything back for days so I took care of it with the manufacturer. The new microwave they sent was packed much better, had plastic wrap all over, with tape here, styrofoam in tact, etc. The one from ABT didn’t have any of that. Tells me they shipped me a used/ defective unit. Will never buy from them again.
I read some bad reviews elsewhere, but ABT was the only place with my item in stock and offered free shipping as well, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Glad I did! Right item, shipped fast (and via freight given it's size whereas another company sent me a similarly sized/weighted item via FedEx, yikes!), and has been perfect so far. I'm very confused by the experiences some others have had, but my experience was perfect.

I am very frustrated with the customer service aspect of this company. I have been dealing with my ice machine for our subzero fridge not working due to a valve needing to be replaced. 2 times they have brought the wrong part and have to reorder the correct part again, which is delaying the whole process. It has been at least 2.5 months this issue has not been resolved.
Its not the fact about how long it takes the parts to come in but the fact that they technicians are given the wrong parts continuously causing us having to go out and by our own ice and take time away from work to make sure we are available for when the techs come out.
I asked to see if we could be compensated some how with a gift card or credit and was informed they do not do that and even asked to speak with a manager about and was given the same answer.
At this point I am disappointed. I really did like this company but they don't seem to have the same values when it comes to servicing once you buy!
